Hey! It's been about 2 or 3 days now... where did everyone go?!?!?
ShadowWorrior
Yahoooooooo! found one!
So much for not owning space. HA!!! Take that! P.S.= don't hurt me either... pleeeeez...
Ok. updated drivers, check, still triggers the windows shut off message. It's like every time I play a medium board, there's a problem!
the atoms that existed yesterday are the same atoms, albeit in differing states or forms but the same atoms nonetheless the atoms that will exist tomorrow are the same atoms that exist today but in different states or forms . actually not quite true, atoms change to different atoms... ie fisson or fussion. Ahem. An atom of Carbon, will always be an atom of carbon. fission or fusion, would be molocules

If your playing v1.6 DA, I'd like you to know that the worlds make 20% percent less cash than before. I normally build at least one of each of these, happy center/morale project, Back/Econ Project on each planet, except under certain curcumstances. Sometimes, mostly on the larger planets, I build a farm, and I definetly try to get the Economic capital on one of my planets early in the game, normaly I stick an extra econ building and happy center there too, along with a farm or two...<br
That we are born seemingly from nothingness, live, then die and go to absolute oblivion. Nothing can't create something, your made from stuff your mom ate, breathed, and etc. Not all athiest think that way. I sure don't.
Is there a god ,? Simply put , NO . god is A humans way of explaining that which he never will understand So, man created something that he so believes created him? The creation created the creator? (i.e) (god created the universe). Thousands of years ago, man "Knew" that there was no universe, there was only earth, so when earthlings realized "space" was there, religions started teachin
I am a rather uneducated person (I'm in the 9th grade), so feel free to prove me wrong, as I will learn from it. all objects tend toward chaos ,that is the norm . order is the stranger aspect of the cosmos ,as it takes some system to maintain order,be it natural or biological . but do not doubt that if that system expires then entropy will again take hold . An example could be a bomb. simply, you drop a bomb and it explodes, first its a solid assortm
That's nice, but I'd like it more if it were blood red and had blood dripping off of it.
Whoa... I like all the new movie banners that are showing up in the forums.
Why do you have to ruin the fun? Ok. now I'm going to plead that the devs read this thread.
I say ShadowWorrior should be captain, but would be prepared to do it myself, It sounds easy, so I'll do it but I asighn Macmatt to be co-captain so I can tell him to do all the hard stuff. Thats fitting since you're gonna crash like Dominoes. Yet one more example of excessive taunting.
Normally I establish one or more trade routes with each civ (not the minor) there is. And then if I notice low relations with one of them, I just send a few freighters their way to shut them up. Anyway, it should only seem perfectly reasonable that a trade starbase would effect both players on the trade route, I mean if you offer them more, shouldn't they have to offer you something ssimilar? It's the system of Fair Trade. Unless you have a higher diplomacy ability then them, that would
The sun will rise tomarrow, the sun will rise tomar... And then it will set again...
The goodness in my heart slowly grinds to nothing as I get more cheap deals and lies fed to me every day... not just by stardock...
Yes. this would definetly stop those pesky trade ships from flying around my planets like flies, trying to set up trade routes even though they have maxed out their trade routes.
Regions of "unfoldable" space could be neat too, carrying severe movement penalties. 50% movement penalty would work nicely... Mine-laying I like the idea, the mines would simply project a holographic field (sp??) around them and they would look like harmless asteriods, and when an enemy ship gets two spaces away from it, it rams the ship and makes a big boom!=D! (and takes away lots of HP). anyway, keep
Hey there. I've posted a few threads for some ideas of mine... Permanent wormholes More Calestial objects Starbase Hangars
(sorry for hijacking your thread) Don't worry about it. This is something I was thinking of too. Maybe each wormhole would have a certain "stability" level. This would determine the frequency of the ends moving and how far it moved with each jump. Maybe you could even add risk; with really low stability there is a probability of a ship simply not emerging from the other end when it entered. Yes. and if the stabili
(posting fleets on the entrance to control it?) Maybe you could just put a military starbase, or a special new starbase, at your end of the wormhole to control it.
Stardock! how could you?...
This may sound like colony wars, but... maybe you could put superguns or something that can shoot down the wormhole and blow the enemies up inside so they will be forced to go around the wormhole and blow the supergun up so they can send forces through the wormhole. Maybe there could be a UP law about wormhole superguns... Oh well, keep talking. <img src="http://www.tbsmodder.co.uk/images/hhofthegban
I'm "inbetween" on the issue. I like them because if I don't see an enemy coming and they attack my planet by surprise, I have a fleet to defend it. But they also take up too much space on my worlds. Which is why I wish that the Hyperion fleet Manager (which is supposed to give all of your planets a free orbital fleet manager) was Actually in the game!!! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T
