I used a really nice and affordable nice softwre for some years now, Xplorer2 (http://www.zabkat.com), with multi tabs, scripts, quick view, sync, editable search and many more options (for the explorer replacement part) and unfortunately only on my xp box because it doesn't seem to work on 7, a really nice software also called Direct folders (at codesector.com), allowing you to jump to any folder/disk with a double clic on empty space in save/open dialogs, with the ability to set favorites j

Don't shoot the pianist... But, doesn''t xp offer you to group similar windows (so you just couldn't have a taskbar cluttered by handfull of windows) ??
When it looks cool with a nice modern interface, a nifty little tool created at least 10 years ago, back in windows 95 area was much more productive and offered much more options. I still use it today, in seven, with no compatibility hassle, it's called pop-mouse. Made by a deceased company called Pointix, it is still there on few websites, registered as 'abandonware' with all things needed to use it. You can configure little pop up windows with shortcuts, create menus and sub-menus,
Well, I posted this at a late time for me, regarding the "confusing" thing ..smile... but that comment relates to the process of creating something much more interesting (or much less boring) than the usual loops one can find everywhere regarding dreams. As for the process you describe, where is the commented document showing me the how, when, etc... ? Don't you think it should be well traced and accessible ? PS: There's only one post here.
I've just take a look at deskscapes sdk and was wondering about the of releasing a new deskscapes version with enhanced capabilities if creating hybrid dreams is such a pain the ass like having to know c++ coding and stuff like that ?? Do you really think that creativity goes along programming (even if sometimes it could) ? Are corporate people so dumb ?

I purchased iconpackager V5.00.021, installed it through impulse. My system is seven x86 ultimate genuine (not a copy with some loader). I made my set of icons by mixing icons downloaded from the internet and wincustomize. When I open iconpackager and load my package, the displays in (look & feel)(icpon packages) is messy : my hard drive is a disconnected network drive, network drive (connected) is my hardrive, cdrom drive is 5 1/4" one. If I go to (
I am wondering why some windowblinds skins show a shadow and others don't when seven offers that feature in the advanced system settings tab in the system properties?
Woaww... I didn't see that! Thanks you a lot!! Now I just have to shape the pictures to make them roll up properly. Again, big thanks!
Hi, I used to skin my XP with a nice skin I've download some years ago and this skin has rolling capabilities. I saw recently a skin that suits my taste and wanted to use it,, but... it has no roll-up (that I find extremely useful). I took a look at it in skinstudio, compare the two ones and add in personnality code of the new one, the line "RightClickAction=4". When I reload the skin in skinstudio and click on the titlebar of the window, it rolls-up, not nicely beca
did I talk about Windowblinds V5?? I don't think so! I still use an old 4.X version and it is the same bug.
Is there a reason upon Stardock not displaying (nor notifying me) the logons screens I did this last week? I thought this place to be a community where we could find graphic pieces put together to enhance our computers, downloading skins accorded to our needs and uploading some of our work.... If Stardock doesn't find my work admissible on this site for whatever reason, isn't it legit for me to know why, upon all the reason why the skin didn't make i
I wonder WHEN Stardock will make shadows usable, at least! Because having a windowblinds skin with some tranparency parts and windowsFx working together only shows how bogus these are..... The shadows are applied outside the transparency area, thus giving to the eyes an empty space with a shadow under it! Really nice, isn't it?? Keep on working guys!
