Hybrids

I've just take a look at deskscapes sdk and was wondering about the of releasing a new deskscapes version with enhanced capabilities if creating hybrid dreams is such a pain the ass like having to know c++ coding and stuff like that ??

Do you really think that creativity goes along programming (even if sometimes it could) ? Are corporate people so dumb ?

I believe you are confused olivia17, as creating Hybrid Dreams is very easy and you don't need to have any knowledge of C++ to create Hybrid Dreams !!

They are created using an .NWA file which is created in Stardock Skin Studio and using Notepad to input the values on how you want your layers to work with any .PNG file which you want as your background behind the animation. Checkout a few which i've created :

Spiro-Hybrid

V O X [Hybrid]

Merry Christmas- Hybrid

You may download any of the above hybrid dream, then go to the ProgramData>Stardock>Deskscapes>ExtractedData , here you can find the folder for the hybrid dream you used, just rename the .hybrid to .txt and you will understand how it was created in notepad.

Also , what you've mentioned above is regarding the Dynamic dreams which are different from the .Hybrid Dreams !!

Well, I posted this at a late time for me, regarding the "confusing" thing ..smile... but that comment relates to the process of creating something much more interesting (or much less boring) than the usual loops one can find everywhere regarding dreams.

As for the process you describe, where is the commented document showing me the how, when, etc... ? Don't you think it should be well traced and accessible ?

PS: There's only one post here.
