Josh, drag the picture from that step into coreldraw then draw over the gear, then delete the picture!

Make a shortcut to ie in C:\, then right click on it, then properties, then set the text in the "Target" field to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" www.wincustomize.com (replacing www.wincustomize.com with the url you want) Then make a shortcut to that shortcut in ObjectDock, then hide the original shortcut. Hope that works.

I've found ATI to be far superior to nVidia over the computers I've had. In my current desktop I have a Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro or something (128Mb) and in my iBook, I have an ATI Mobility Radeon.

Try using add or remove programs to remove them. Also check you can back stuff up because you *might* need to format. (Sometimes It's just easier especially when your system's all punched out)

I don't think he needs to do that because he hears other sounds . Bash2Cool, try disbling the sounds for shutdown and startup then apply then set them again - and tell us what happens. Good Luck
Yeah Zone Alarm is good. Although I don't understand this widespread hatred of Symantec, I've never had a problem with any of their products.
