I am still not able to get any of the 4.38 series to work on my notebook. After upgrading and rebooting, my notebook fails to load explorer and all I get is the wall but nothing else, not even the keyboard shortcuts (e.g. ALT-TAB-DEL) will work. The only thing I can do is to reboot into safe mode and uninstall WB. I reported this problem right away (for WB 4.38a) in the new-group, but the post just s

No problem here, Stardock does not distribute spyware with its proggies. You most likely have picked up spyware on another site somewhere. Try to download Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html and run it on your system. I am pretty sure it finds stuff. Good luck
I second that!!! I really would like to see it updated through SDC, especially since I am on dial-up!! Good work on the bug-fixes though
Oh, and when I had to remove my first two wisdom teeth I was new in this area (just arrived a couple of days before), so I picked a "dental surgeon" from the yellow pages. I got suspicious when I arrived at this old house but the guy was a very sensible and seroius looking man in his sixties so I thought everything would be ok. UHhhhh was I wrong!!! I spent almost two hours on that chair and my legs were shaking and I was crying like a baby. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/s
Still all teeth here, but I had to remove all four wisdom teeth! ......I feel soooo stupid now.....
fabrications and un-truths designed solely to stir up contraversey. This is exactly what Moore is about. I have been watching Moore shows since the "The awful truth" series, and I never believed blindly what he said. I think all he wants to do is to pull people out of their lethargy and incite discussions about a particular topic, and he seems t
WOM: I really hope you don't lick your fingers while reading someone elses journal!!
This test cracks me up!!!! I am a Basenji (Congo bush-dog), this is a dog that was apparently bred because it does not bark but instead gives a kind of yodel!!! Now get this altough I live in Australia, I am Swiss!!!!!!! It also says that the dog cleans itself like a cat and has no doggie smell. I absolutely love dogs and I would like to have one, but I could never get one because I j
I like it very much and don't think it is plain at all. It is really nice and clear, and easy to read as well. But you might be able to change the colour in the head-bars? This would break up the grey a little. My question is: will it load fast? I am on dial up and loading time is important to me. Well done <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=full&NewsID=
If you want the links to open in any thing other than IE or the SDC browser (same thing), you have to do the copy and paste dance. Oh well, I guess I just will have to live with IE then (I am way to lazy to dance early in the mornings!) <img src="http://
I use Firefox 0.9 as well but I have a simple problem. Whenever I click on a link within SD-central the page gets opened with IE instead of Firefox. I have Firefox set as the default browser and I told SD-central to use the "default Windows web browser for Internet links" but SD-central insists on calling IE. Any Ideas anyone? Sorry for the hijacking..
On my Desktop, I keep the same wb-skin for a couple of weeks before I feel the urge to completely change everything. On my notebook however I keep just one sleek skin which has not changed for almost a year now and will stay there a bit longer..

could it be then that parts from german planes were reused?
Maybe she got it from a plane that was shot-down and she kept it as a souvenir? What is a "riveter"?
Uhhh yes, but it says "Tool-badge 489" on it......... strange name for a dog
I have never heard of "Hirth" Engines, so I have no clue what to what kind of engine this badge was attached to. Sorry
Ahhhh, Aleatoric, would you like to live at my place? I could free up a whole shelf on my book-case? I made my own theory about the state of things. Everything that is solid at room-temperature is considered to be
I have considered question C many times and have concluded women and cats are very similar in many ways. They are both lazy, independent, useless with mechanical things, never do as they are told, leave hair all over the place... and purr when tickled ..... and how about free-spirited, entertaining (how boring would your life be without trying to
That was a good read and an eye-opener. I really appreciate the effort that goes into making WBskins and Icons. A big thumbs up to the judges as well for their hard task.
This is great!!! More moderators = less complaints along the lines of "why has my ..... not been approved yet?" Congratulations gm and snowman!!!! [Message Edited]
