I gave my b/f a St. Christopher Medal one xmas ( his name is chris) ....he has it hanging inside his car...I like to think that he protects him and guides him wherever he goes...I am roman catholic....I grew up with saints all around me...it's the most natural thing in the world to me....My Grandfather was a musician, and he had a portrait of St. Cecilia hanging in his living room for guidance...my Grandmother to this day still prays to many saints...
Hope everything goes well ...just take his word when he says nothing will change when this woman comes back...you are right, you are probably going "grey" for nothing lol

Congrats! It seems like things are very hectic for you right now...but i am sure everything will fall into place by the time your big day rolls around.
I know ppl are tired of the drama...you are right...but sometimes you cannot help how you feel...and if some days you need to let out those emotions built up inside, there's nothing wrong with that. Blogging cannot always be about butterflies and smiles and sweetness and happiness....you need to let out that sadness and misery and gloom as well. Just write what comes naturally to your mind....even if it's negative. my solution to avoidi
Yikes!...How could I have forgotten Silent Night ....
Nice Pics there of your sons
it's great that you realize what your mom has done for you...some sons/daughters never do see how much parents make sacrifices for them.
Here are my fave holiday songs....in no particular order except for the last one *It came upon a Midnight clear *Rocking around the Christmas Tree (Brenda Lee version) *Silver Bells (something about it reminds me of grade school) *El Burrito de Belen (love this song...it's in Spanish of course...sung by a little kid...)<BR

beautiful family you have there
nice article....it just reminds you that you always have someone to rely on....god is always there...you just have to reach out to him...I should remember that more myself.
I did enjoy the White Stripes' version better than Joss's...Also, were these partly picked because they are mainstream..it seems that most on the list are mainstream....I know many music purists who think fm radio is Crap, so I dont know if this had anything to do with it. I'm sure there is other crap out there , too...it's just not on radio lol

Success: occurs when you have reached happiness and fullfillment in your life.
Funny list lol....geeks may not celebrate in a "cool" way (or maybe do anything in a "cool" way ) but they sure may the world go 'round ...
I'm thinking the fiance would just roll his eyes...lol
GOOD for you...you don't know how many ESL kids fall through the cracks because teachers and other adults have given up on them. Kudos, fellow teacher
My sister met Kyan Douglas last night... (the "queer eye" guy who gives the hygiene care and hair advice)...he was doing a bookstore signing, and so of course sis had to go....she has a crush on the guy...thinks he is so handsome, and loves the way he dresses... she got to chat him up a bit and said he was very sweet and friendly, and even better looking in per

paxx, actually, we have what are called Computers on Wheels...it is a well..basically a cart full of laptops that can be taken to class...We have a population of almost 1,000 kids in this school, and we have two of those carts for the whole school, so I am only able to use them once a week...we used to have a computer lab, but they turned it into a daycare....lol Our school district was awarded a grant to buy these g4 laptops (with p
