charged to download, huh? who's being charged anything? you get 50 megs of stuff for free. after that, all they ask is something in return for your use of the bandwidth needed to operate the site. you want to pay the thousands of dollars needed to keep this site up with money from your pocket and allow others to get stuff for free? i'd also venture to say that a vast majority of the users who download things from the site are using the freeware versions of the software, so there goes the theory

I'm guessing he/she comes from a very shallow gene pool. The original post in this thread proves the old saying, 'there's one born every minute' to be very accurate. Also, where do you live? I want to know where I can feed myself for two weeks on $20. I thought the cost of living was pretty low here. You must be eating a lot of crackers.

if you don't check the 'check to reset update box', it won't be listed at the top of the list of skins. but, unless it's a MAJOR overhaul of the skin, you shouldn't check that box. checking that box when a skin is modified modestly would be abusing the system. i'm, not saying you haven't given the skin a major overhaul, but unless you have, you shouldn't check the 'reset update'box.

WB does things that StyleXP can only dream of. Plus, WB isn't a hack. You're going to find good and bad skins for both formats so don't base your decision on skins. base it on the functionality of the app. if you do that, there's no comparison. WB wins hands down!
