kaspersky did that to me, once I gave permission , in all the sections of my security suite, I had no problem installing.
I am so enjoying all the great articles coming out of wc lately. I now can't wait to read the forums to see who created something great and original to read. I used to just scan the forums and move on to the libraries, but now I have to drag myself away from the great reading! Thanks for the insights, SKOriginals and Zu!!
the only reason I'm a windows only voter, is because I've never used another os other than dos.
Click on the right-pointing arrow on the right.
oooh didn't know that was there!!!! thanQ thanQ thanQ!!!!!!
like all good archaeologists know,... it's always worth digging! glad I could be of assistance. am also glad everyone's looking at some really superior works, that have gone by the wayside over the years.
Addition of /get;### to post urls to forward user to exact reply on exact page of post. The 'Reply #X' labels on replies are now links using that format
there that's what I was talking about... I think....
automaticly going to the last post you read feature is also sorely missed. though I do appreciate the re addition of page #s

remembering when you actually had to have a pen to write a report, and if you needed to do research, you HAD to go to the library unless you were fortunate enough to have several encyclopedia sets nearby. oh, and if you wanted to talk to family or friends, you HAD to either visit in person, write a letter(snail) or telephone them and if you had something to show them, you had to bring it with you. yep internet and computer technology is a lifeline now. can't imagine going back.
lol! I should've mentioned the dock, It's just lack of time this week. Though I hadn't thought about the icons themselves, nor the clock. I'll be sure to research where I got all my icons for the dock for future reference. It's a shame not to mention good work.
some running around undressed?
oh my.... I see your circuit board!!! better adjust your slip
ahh... should have read further into the thread before sticking foot in mouth.
good skincast! wish the easy kabitzing that showed up in last week's cast was there this week. You guys sounded kind of stiff this week... relax enjoy the fun of the cast! I felt last week I was sitting in a corner of the office listening to the banter of coworkers. this week it seemed more like work. Hope next week you will feel more comfortable and enjoy it like you seemed to last week. Would have liked to hear more about some of the other questions posted in the thread regarding
wahoo romanDA!! I wish you continued success on your path of self discipline.
Hope the move goes smoothly and you are back online as quickly as possible.
thought I did that last week, but I think it went thru the rss feeds . maybe I'll try it thru itunes
once you figure out how to use it,Wizard, it's really a great program. I rarely use my start menu when rightclick is loaded. it's way too convenient, especially when the windows button on my keyboard is the hotkey for it. lots easier to hit that than to go down to start and wait for the menu to load, which when my ram's maxxed out, takes awhile and doesn't always show things in a timely fashion.
hmmm... screwed up the first line, but it still works. glad ya'll like it. :)
Thanks Philly! I enjoy creating them too. Wish I'd have had more time this week though , would have gone in to further detail.
I thought I'd talk a little about some of the other program skins available at Wincustomize , this week. So
Zu give your father back his jeans,.. he probably misses them. no matter what you do, you will ALWAYS look dorky to your children. you can't escape that. glad to see you haven't gone the route of plugs.. that Would look silly.though the size of that earring , makes it look like a plug, or worse like a woman's earring that you stole from wife's jewelry box. last of all, Who cares if you look different? different is original, and hell that's what skinning is all about. y
grrr won't give me spaces between paragraphs!
Have you noticed how the different styles of skinning are changing over the past ten years? I am not talking about just the changes due to the program adaptations, I mean styles, what's popular, what seems to be a trend. (ie: like we get waves of grey skins, or waves of blue skins etc.... ) Is it because skinners are seeing the popularity of certain skins and trying to emulate, or is it because those styles work better with the technology available today? Do you even have an opinion on the subje
Don't stop! keep working on it till it's complete,,. then make a new one! Feed my addiction!!!!!! can't wait to see what you accomplish. Good luck to you.
