Well... whenever someone has an issue with IE or asks how to fix something you will ultimately get " I use FF and don't have problems". So, the appropriate answer here must be... I use IE and don't have any problems... [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]
Since Impulse is now owned and operated by Gamestop shouldn't this question be directed to them and this forum taken down?

Tim, didn't I read a comment by you a few years ago that said you made your skins WITHOUT skin studio? Don' know if that is still the case but it was damn impressive at any point. Your stuff has always been top notch SOLID performance, crisp and clean graphics and the classiest looking around. Don't ever give up your status as king of the masters (IMO) because of a foul mouthed brainfart like that.

I don't condone these rippers at all, BUT.... In the past this type of public post has been frowned upon as it leads to flared tempers at the thief's DA page, then a bunch of WC users end up looking like angry school children. Not at all cool of a top WC official to do this IMO.

I don't THINK you have to remove the old. Try the update method first though.

open impulse and click the little Tab with the down arrow symbol on it. Check the box that says Show Pre-Release versions. You should be able to see DesktopX 4 on the updates tab then.
Ahh.. I have DX4 on my work PC which is Win7 64 bit and it does work properly. So it looks like it is an issue with DX 3.5 on 7 64 bit.
Boxxi, What version of DX and OS are you running?? Win7 x64 here and DX 3.5 - same results as OP. I have 2 My Documents, no My Computer or Computer.
