Nice job Geez. Seems you are feeding you and your animal well. Is that a West Texas free range chicken or an HEB chicken?

Wow, is it too late? To be totally selfish: I want a big honkin' flatscreen HDTV. Yeah, wall sized. To be a good husband: Trip for two to Australia. My wife wants to go on safari before she dies, and I want to accomodate her. As far as I'm concerned, the Outback is as good as Africa, without the civil unrest and the associated danger. To be a good father: another big trip to Disneyworld. We went for a week back in 2002.

Reminds me of that old Monty Python thing where Moses comes down from the mountain and says "I GIVE YE THESE FIFTEEN.." and drops a stone tablet and breaks it. Then he shrugs and corrects himself and says "I GIVE YE THESE TEN COMMANDMENTS". Before I start, that was Mel Brooks in his "History of the Wor

You can allow so many illegal immigrants into the country that they shoot policemen and policewomen. You can be excused from not knowing how many illegals there are. Blame the British Empire. It's my understanding that every citizen of a former British colony can hold a British passport and have dual c

That pipe drean has cost this country 2,100 lives, 35,000 injuries and almost $300 billion dollars... Osama still has not been captured and Moslem terrorists are active all over the world including in Iraq. I would very much like to hear what COL Gene has in mind for the alternative. Because as a decorated veteran in command and leadership posi

Good lord, they're going to try to get it to pass Maryland standards?!? Yeah, I guess that would be just crazy. See following article as to the impossible MD standards: Get In Line!

As many here on JU will attest, I owned the ugliest, worst car ever. Nice car when it was made, but time and neglect wore it down to the hulking mass of steel and bondo that they saw pull into the parking lot every day. I drove a '74 Cadillac Coupe De Ville.

Maybe this store should stick with a pop station for the sake of sales. Yep, they should keep those lyrics reined in for the sake of the elderly. Could have a heart attack or two before they know it. And there's the liability... Five'll get you ten that couple went home and got their

It was the sex with dead animals question that flunked ya. By the end I was admitting to having sex with dead animals, I'll admit. They broke me. That line of questioning was unusual, to say the least...

I have to admit, the Pacer is hard to top... I mean, bottom? Worst ever? My girlfriend in high school owned a yellow Gremlin. Making out in the trunk space of a Gremlin? Bad idea. Personally owned? A 1976 yellow Ford Pinto. I remember as a kid: road trip through South Dakota in the height of summer with no A/C. Yikes. Worst line of automobiles overall? AMC. Pacer, Gremlin, Jav

Not only did I learn Korean in the Army, but I finished my Bachelor of Arts through an Army program. And halfway to my Masters degree too. Thank you Army. Through the GI Bill I will finish grad school and also continue to get a Doctorate, if I have the intestinal fortitude. The money is already there, and I intend to use it. I could get tested in Spanish and any other language I care to try, too... I have also met like-minded,

>>sniff Wow, Doc. You hit it right to the heart. I like the people I know here! For some, I can't believe I am still in contact with some of them. (X-SPC NS, this means you!) I am constantly talking to my wife, kids, etc., about stuff I have read on JU. Including the weird, the loopy opinions, and the like. So bring it on, JUsers! Keep the good times rollin'.

i was suggesting that you move outside in a tent and live off of roots and berries. Wow, McDaniel. You must be really using your solar collector to its limits to maintain your laptop's power supply, so you can blog from your tent. Good luck with today's hunting and gathering. I hope you find some
