It seems to me that despite what is being said for creativity, the categories seem to reflect a higher emphisis on usability. Most Usable: At least to me a usable skin is something that you will keep on your system for more than a week... something that is non overly intrusive and is easy on the eyes. Best Psuedo -Os is something that looks like it could be an OS... most OS's are design

Ahatfield, No, we (the artists) do not get any type of monetary compensation from WC or Stardock. We upload/share our work for free and out of the goodness of our hearts and it is also our own decision to share our work. But just to educate you on how this works for me (as it does for many others) If I was to look for a space in the net to upload my work I would have to shell about $10.00 a month (for a really cheap host) and that will get me a domain name, some 50Mb of storage and some 20Gb

You could allways try IRC.STARDOCK.COM support would be instantaneous. I can assure you as someone who has used the software for years (since win2k first came out) it works fine... there may be some other issue or conflict going on with you're machine. Go to the stardock support forums or use IRC and I believe that you will find that support will be given.

- For the most part I'm only interested in Icons and WindowBlinds and don't want to pay $3.50 (or even 50% of that) for a suite of which I'm not going to use half of. It puzzles the hell out of me how someone will make such a big deal out of paying a piddly amount for a suite which takes hours of time to create. You pay more for that EVERY DA
