Hey~I'm still around. I just have been spending a lot more time on my own blogs, and leaving a comment or two here and there when I can. I actually want to start reading blogs by other folks that are somewhat new to me. A lot of new faces! And I'm still pretty new myself, huh? Been here almost a month now. Anyway, thanks for the sweet remark about there being a brightness around me. That's actually what I am aiming for. I even said that in one

I've decided I need to get out of here Anne~you got me very worried about you now. Please don't DO anything until after you have chatted with some JU folks. I am sending you a private email (yahoo) in a few moments. So please hang in there! And don't be afraid to hit me back with a response that descri

Like I said in a previous article that Capt. made it would be dullsville here if people like you and him didn't post some of the things you did. I admire you, and hope to enjoy your future articles Carebear~thank you for the really cool q

Since you are then the guest at someone else's house, you need to mind your manners Jill~I love the quote. And I think this article is very timely and wise. I have learned so much as a result of what happened in my own recent situation. Was it fun? NO! It actually hurt a lot. But I guess sometimes a lit

go find your America! Anne~I liked how Wreckless put that. I was about to say the same thing. Best of luck to you, huh? I mean, either way? If you DO go home~it won't have to be forever. Just be sure and hang onto your dreams! And I am confident you will find your special place in the world sooner than

I agree with you on the insanity on here. I mean come on it would be so dull and boring on here if people like madpoet and dharma did post the articles the way they did. Could you even imagine if Capt. was dull and had no imagination?? Nah, I know i definatly couldn't. Why if it wasn't for him and some significate others this pla

I didn't realise how much 'stuff' I use until I didn't use it. Dharma~I quoted that because I think it is such a beautiful line. The entire poem is beautiful. It flows so nicely, and I especially like how you create a little bit of tension, but there is a strong resolution at the end? That is just so co

Capt~I know you meant it in the RIGHT way dude! . Hell, I actually call my own self Mad Poet! . So don't let anybody make you sweat it dude. You know I think of you as one of my cyberfriends here. And I am ALWAYS glad to be in the fine and fair company of Dharma, huh? So will she know what you meant? I am sure she will too. And

Dude~sorry to hear about all this. It sounds like you really did meet the love of your life. I kinda had to read between the lines a little? I don't know why the whole thing had to come to such a screeching halt? You think maybe you weren't attentive and loving enough to her~did she tell you this herself? It doesn't have to be too late. People sometimes just need a little time and space before they truly can figure out what they want and need?

I never understood how it was possible to be in a room full of people but still feel desperately lonely until we started this remote assignment Dharma~I identified so strongly with your quote that I just had to leave you a comment here. I know how rough all this has been on you? But like the other blogg

Hey Muggaz~you didn't happen to be involved in all that Marilyn Monroe conspiracy stuff, huh? I think it was around 1962-63? Oh yeah, you weren't even on the planet yet mate~sorry about that! . I just figured since you were fessing up to some of life's unsolved mysteries here? And you did say something about JFK? BAM!!! ~MadPoet P.S. How about Lizzie Borden? <img src="../i

Thanks for sharing. I hope things start to work out better for you soon. I've had my own share of student loan nightmares~ high rent apartments on campus, and jobs from Hell. I used to think there was no solution? But things began to slowly fall into place. Time. That was the only true solution. Until things get better for you~JU is a really cool place to let out some of your bottled up thoughts, and share them with some really cool folks. Blogging has

Anne~your blogs just become more and more exquisite~the style and imagery are right up there with some of Sylvia Plath's prose (especially The Bell Jar). She even talks about how futile taking showers, washing her hair, and making the bed seemed to her most of the time. So this does sound like clinical depression for sure. Did you find your antidepressants yet? It is so very good that you are maintaining your personal hygiene, eating your meals, and bl

do you often ask how someone is doing, even though you don't really care? Nicky~I see the excellent point you are making here. But I think I have the advantage when it comes to that kind of thing? Because I am very close to being a full-time recluse! <img src="../images/smiles/lol.gif" border=0 ALIGN="

It all became clear; everything I had learned and had been trying to put into practice...it was all right and true. Dharma~that's VERY good news! Congrats big time! Sally~that elderly lady DID sound very rude (and even immature! .). So I don't blame you for feeling as you do at all. It is really cool that you can keep an open mind, and not be rude back to folks (when they are rude to you...). I try that philosophy also? But a truly rude person won't let you off the hook till they get some kind of reaction. I am finally learning this. So yeah, the best

Why on earth would he want to visit your blog, much less as for information on Japan? Muggaz~ I like Japan a lot too. Never been there. But the people truly make me smile (in a good way). Anne~I'm glad everybody is being so supportive~I think that's what you probably need a lot of right now. I left you a longish (and totally supportive) message in response to the cool comment you left on my blog. I think Dharma should tell you where you can buy your own Waddle-Doo? Or else maybe send you a pic (did you get one made Dharma?). Just know we ALL are sending you a great big cyberhug right now, huh? *BIG HUG* ~MadPoet P.S.
