Personally I prefer the favorite system used by deviantart. The 'rating' then is the number of fav's a work has. This also gets around the problem of the initial rating awarded to a submission - everything starts out with no favs.
@Xav73: I'm afraid that the version of OSXP NG you uploaded is an old one. I would prefer it if people just waited for the restore rather than uploading any more of my skins. Hopefully the restore will over-write what people have uploaded - Judge
Are you sure the restore worked? None of my skins are there - they all have the [Help Update] button yet some of them are quite old.
I have a slight oddity: My labels keep disappearing - I have to restart the dock to get them back!

Its in the process of being updated - In the meanteim you can get it at http://judge.deviantart.com/
Hmmm. The internet stuff doesn't work behind my company firewall. It claims that it uses the IE settings, but IE works - iTunes doesn't.
You're going to make a lot of people very happy
Hmmm. AccuWeather. I'll add it to my list of things to do.
What they need to do is to have a specific cap and then throttle back the bandwidth of users that exceed that cap. They would then offer them the choice to pay for more there and then by redirecting web traffic to a company site that gives them that choice (paypal, credit card, billing, whatever) Cisco have been making routers that provide this functionality for some time, and they're not alone.

Quite. BootXP. This was mentioned in responses to your original article on this topic.
Just add a section for BootXP, though personally I would never use it - I'd prefer a Trillian section.

Hi y'all. Using it right now. Like DaWebMassa I'll see how it works on a day-to-day basis. Right now I'd like more ways to customize it - but I guess that's not surprising given that I'm into customization anyways
How do I get WB 4.00e - it isn't on Component Manager.
I just tried the latest version of WB4 (WB4.00b) with iSkin and I still get a black rectangle in the clip title.
Thanks for the info MadIce. I'd just like to add that Winamp3 users should try the Winamp2.x plugin manager: http://www.winamp.com/components3/detail.jhtml?componentId=118230 It doesn't allow the controls to run WA3 if it isn't already running, but it does allow them to control WA3 if it is already running.
(posted in wrong thread! Doh). [Message Edited]
The title stopped working with WB4, works with earlier versions: MadIce: Any chance you could do a 'quick fix' for this? You can also get a plugin for Winamp3 that'll let you use Winamp2 plugins with it it - check the Winamp web site. Only drawback is that it won't actually start WA3 up for you, but you can at least control it once its running.
Haw haw Hmmm. That was in response to the whole idea of download 'bots, not to the solution you've implemented... [Message Edited]
Like lecrayon, I have certainly been annoyed by skins from 'names' that are rated 10 straight out of the box and have, on one occassion (sp?) deliberately voted 1 to effectively register a protest. Perhpas the DevArt 'favorites' count is fairer - you either like the skin or you don't.
Well. I just built my own from scratch. Does that count? : Gigabyte SINXP/1394 mobo 2.6GHz P4 512MB Corsair Dual Channel DDR333 RAM 3x40GB hard drives in RAID 0 array TDK 48/40/12 CDROM ATI 9700 Radeon Pro Coolermaster ATC220 case Cool blue cathode lights (IMNSHO the best bit )
