Problem with my Winword files

the icon disappeared!!

Hello!!
I have installed AlienGUIse Theme manager and everything works perfectly except that my word doc's don't have "the word icon". With the other office icons I don't have any trouble.
Someone can help me please!!!

Which Stardock programs (including versions) are you currently running? Also which version of windows (including service packs)?

I am using theme manager OEM from stardock. I'll send you the link because I can't find the version. https://www.stardock.com/products/thememanageroem/help.asp
I'm using Win XP Professional SP2
I also use object desktop version 1.20 Build 521
