i dont know anything about designing XP stuff...so would i be able to ask some1 to deisng me a boot up screen??????

You can ask, but why not try it yourself. It's not nearly as hard as you might think. You might want to try clicking on the name of one of the bootskin authors like Cyberworld or Cavan1 and see if they can point you toward a bootscreen tutorial. You might be able to get someone to make one for you, but most people make them for themselves and then share them with the rest of us.
