Bootskin problem

i had it. restored to default through the program. uninstalled it. now everytime i boot my comp it ask's what operating system to bott off of. my choices are Windows XP Home Edition (bootscreen) and Windows XP Home Edition. everytime it boot it asks me. anyway to get rid of that?

Start > Right-click My Computer > Properties > Advanced tab > Startup and Recovery settings button > In the System Startup section, make sure the Windows XP Home edition is selected in the drop-down list > Clear the check mark in the "Time to display a list of operating systems" check box > click "Apply".

That should do it.

You might also want to go to "msconfig" (Start > Run > type: msconfig > hit Enter) > on the general tab, make sure the "Use original BOOT.INI" is selected, as well as Normal Startup - if these are not selected, select them and click "Apply".
