Toon XP theme load problem

I am new to all this stuff. I downloaded Desktop X and Icon X and Theme Manager, and purchased Toox XP. Every time I boot up I do get the Toox wallpaper but not the icons for cpu and "D drive" at the top of the layout and the object bar on the right (My Docs, open file, logout/shutdown etc. -- I have to open Theme Manager and re-apply the Toox XP theme, and then (usually) that stuff will then appear. Not always. Is there a way to have those items load with the wallpaper and save the configuration? I don't see how to do that with the Destop X. Thanks.

Is iconX set to run at startup?
there appears to be a conflict if you set it run & set desktopx to run at startup also, the startup tab in iconX disappears. You can create a shortcut to iconx in the startup folder in all programs.
