how to make .bootskin

i already download some bootskin but i dont know how to upload them to bootskin.exe, i got only folder contain .ini, .bmp, but dont have .bootskin so, i can't upload to bootskin.exe.
anybody know how to make .bootskin? thanks

Open bootskin, select bootskin you want to upload,click File, export selected skin to file.
