Boot Skin Help

hi, im new to this forum, and i wanted to customize my windows a lil bit. i want to put in my own picture for the booting screen. i downloaded the program bootskin but that dosent help me, i want to create my own bootskin. Thank You And Please Help.

Open the BootSkin program > go to the Help menu > click "How to create BootSkins"
