I don't know how LogonStudio could prevent you from shutting down or logging out. All it does is skin the Welcome screen. You haven't provide much info, so it's going to be tough for anyone to help you.
Have you tried uninstalling LS?
Is LS the only thing you've installed prior to the problem?

Same thing happened to me. But I was messing around with stuff. I just uninstalled it. I think before that I just shut down and let scan disk run..I think it was ok after but I uninstalled it just cos I didnt know what I had messed up. But I saved install to try again.

It sounds like there might be something wrong in the Logon itself. Line 365 refers to something in the logon itself that is not right. Have you tried a different logon? If it only happens on one particular logon I would use another and delete the one that is creating the problems. If it is on all logons, I would uninstall Logon Studio and reinstall it and try again, using a different logon than the one that was causing the problem. Hope that helps

I am thinking "System Restore", to see if the OS can override the problem and get you to a pre-installed point.

Before uninstall LS did you restore default XP logon by clicking that button in LS.
Boss is right about the parse error, it is something wrong with the logon you are trying to use, not LogonStudio.
Open LS and try a different logon.
