As predicted by this humble man, jesse jackson is teaming up with the handcuffed 5 year out of control childs mother to , what else? WHY SUE of course. What a guy!! and the mother should be arrested for having an out of control child, but as always when black people are involved, everyone is running scared and jackson moves in for the kill and publicity.

I understand. But just remember, I am a Jew once removed. We only dont agree on one leeettle thing (ok, maybe not little).
I am use to it because I am conservative. But I have learned those doing the firing are the true racist. Remember Liberal rule #2: Accuse those you do not agree with with your crimes before they accuse you of them.

We think these questions because of guilt. plain and simple, WE treated blacks so badly for so many centuries the guilt is unrelenting.

Sorry, but I fall right down the middle on this issue. I've seen too many teachers who couldn't deal with kids. My daughter's teacher right now just does the same thing back to them. They call names, she calls names. They throw a tantrum, she throws a tantrum.

The five year old is the ward of the state while it is in that school, they are responsible. We hear it time and again when they laud themselves for educating all our parental ignorance out of them. I've had freinds of the family who were teachers that sat around all day and patted themselves on the back for "saving" kids, for being something that supposedly the parents aren't.

If these overblown day care centers take responsibility when the kids do well, then they need to take it when they don't. I see a school that couldn't control a 5 year old, and I think to myself how flaccid and useless they'd be if they REALLY had a problem...

I don't think the family in question deserves a dime, and I think Jesse Jackson is a joke, but I think this is ultimately the schools failure. If they can't control a 5 year old, however bent on destruction she is, then what they hell did they get those meaningless education and counselling degrees for?

I wouldn't want to send my kids to be watched over by people who had to call the police to deal with a 5 year old.
