Changing the graphics on my WinCustomize Site

When I try updateing my little 50 pix. by 50 pix. icon I keep getting this error. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Am I the problem or is there some thing else going on? I made a new jpg graphic 50x50 pixils and tryed uploading it. Thanks
