when i publish a skin, it doesn't show up in the dropdown menu!

i have published around 6 screensavers, and they should be a dropdown menu saying ones waiting to be (Something). the only thing in the view is, all libraries and windows media!

You should have received at least one email concerning the screensavers you submitted. You cannot upload work that you didn't create. Screensavers that you find on the net, or are sent to you by friends, are not yours to upload. That is a violation of the author's copyright, i.e. 'unauthorized distribution'.
