All downloads fail

I have paid and registered WinCustomize version 1.99c. I used the same email address but tried crossreferencing to see if it would help and no luck. i also tried restarting and logging off and logging on again and that didnt work either. I would appreciate and suggestions.

Your info says your user Level 5 (subscriber, you should be able to download as much as you want. Do your downloads just fail when you a trying to use the browser or also when you are downloading directly from the website?
