Wrong level on my account

Profile reads Lvl 4

from JoeUser Forums
I tried to create my personal web page and it tells me that I do not have appropriate access. I am a current OD and Wincustomize subscriber, and checked my level, and it is listed as 4. According to what is explained on the webpage creation site I should have access level 5. I have access to all of the other level 5 priviledges as far as I can see. Any ideas?

Your profile says level 5.
Probably just a glitch. Try again, and if it still doesn't work, delete your cookies.

It does say level 5 in my profile. I cleared my cookies and tried to create the web page twicw, and it still tells me I don't have appropriate access. I use Firefox, could that be a problem? I know it doesn't always work right at JoeUser. Any other suggestions?

I doubt it's due to Firefox, but I suppose it's possible. (I created my site with Opera, with no problem) You might try using IE to set up the site, at least that way you'll know if it's a Firefox prob. If you're still unable to create the site, you'll need to contact support@stardock.
