Cannot see thumbnails (skin preview)

Hi:

I hope someone can help me. I have problem as follows: I can see thumbnail (skin preview)when I click gallery tab for the first time (ie index skin), but when I click more skins for sections inside the gallery (like windowblinds, icon packager, and wallpapers) I cannot see the thumbnails. I can see all the data like skin name etc except thumbnail. Thank you

Thank you for your advice. When I turned off zone alarm pro I can see the thumnails. In fact I did not have problem with firewall with the old website (I did not have problem even I turned on firewall with the same settings).

After uninstalling Zone Alarm 5.5.062.000 and installing ZA 5.5.062.004 I do not have any problem with wincustomize.com. Thank you
