ok umm and skins they are just image files and some other stuff so can you just tell me how please to use skins since they mostly arent auto-installed

Simon, ...the skins in each library need their own program to apply them on your computer. For example:

A bootskin needs the Bootskin program
A Windowblinds skin needs the Windowblinds program
Cursors need the CursorXP program
A logon screen needs LogonStudio

etc. etc.

You need the programs installed on your computer to use the skins that are made for them.

...it's a bit more involved than "just image files"
