Ok guys, I found Arjun Mehta, but it was Arjun M Mehta. He was nice considering that I e-mailed him and then instant messaged him about skinning and it was not Doodle. Sry I jumped the gun guys I thought it was him for sure.

Things look good thou.

Here is what I got.

Arjun Mehta lived at an address that I found to be an apartment complex and I had a phone number that was incorrect. I found the correct phone number but it was disconnected. I was just trying to verify residence before I mail. I discovered where he goes to school and found a link that was posted in may 2004 that shows he won 3000 dollars for a project called Basiq http://www.id.carleton.ca/sid-news/comps/connect.htm Check that link for info.

I have actually contacted a neighbor of his that has informed me that he has moved. I was provided a new address. I must becareful what I post so that Jafo does'nt eat my posts.

Anyway the search is on strong and I have good new leads. I now have the proper e-mail addresses for Jafo and HG and I know what needs to be done.

I have to work all day tommorow but starting tommorow afternoon I will continue to follow my new leads and will post any new information I find. That I dont think Jafo will eat.

Once again please forgive me for jumping the gun. But mark my words. I will find Doodle Bug.

Ok, I did'nt sleep very good last night.

It's early in the morning. I feel much better today after reading the new posts. Thanks for the incouragement I feel much better now.

I just look up to Jafo so much and respect many others here, I would'nt want to do anything that would upset you guy's. I feel great now and I am ready to continue my search.

I found a lot more good information at Deviant Art on Doodle Bug and I still have to follow up on the Skins Factory lead and speak with 'Jesh' ( which I take it that is his screen name). Plus, I have a new address and number. So there is much to do today and tommorow.

One more thing. I found some information on copyrighted material that says copyrighted 2002-2004. That doesnt mean that after 2004 it is not copyrighted does it? "I dont think so, but im trying to learn more about copyright rules and regulations." Why not just say copyrighted and then the actual date it was copyrighted?

As far as Doodle Bug maybe saying no. Well, I could live with that. Atleast then we would all have closing. Finding him now is becoming more interesting to me than his themes. The more I look up information on Doodle Bug the more I discover things he has accomplished. This man is busy and has numerous accomplishments. To locate and have a conversation with him will be a great day indeed.

Interesting point on the copyright dates....not too sure about that.

Copyright dates refer to the 'creation' or 'publishing' time....not to an expiry date.....eg most of my junk will say ©Jafo 1997-2004, as the LS stuff has been 'derived' from over that time...

Jesh (his first name) is the top dog of The Skins Factory. He's actually the one who posts as "TheSkinsFactory" on this board. And if I'm not mistaken doodle has done some work for TSF in the past (not too sure though, this was years ago and I ain't too young no more, so my memory gets blurry).

1st let me start by saying thanks for helping me with advise.
However, I have a question. Im aware of some great sites such as DeviantART, Customize.org, a few others 'lol' and ofcourse the best of them all Wincustomize, which is my favorite. I also know of the Skins Factory, they make some incredible stuff! I decided that I would like to speak with 'Jesh'.

I went to "The Skins Factory" http://www.theskinsfactory.com/skinsfactory/?page=company to locate Jesh or to post a thread. Please correct me if im wrong but I did'nt see his name posted anywhere and I dont think they have a message board. I noticed in post #53 you state "The Skin Factory" with out the 's' http://www.planetquake.com/factory/making.html so I checked it. Im obviously assuming that I was at the correct site the first time from post #91 but I just wanted to double check. So how do I contact Jesh? E-mail? And Link? Please.

At "The Skins Factory" http://www.theskinsfactory.com/skinsfactory/?page=home at the bottom of the page it says "2000-2003 The Skins Factory,Inc. All Rights Reserved" What does that mean?
And if you dont mind can you give me the answer in a way which explains the difference between it and "Copyrighted 2002-2004"


Also, I am just qurious as to how people use bold text for these posts. Is there some commands you can teach me please, or is that stuff for the 'Top Dogs' of Wincustomize?

The 'right' in 'all rights reserved' and the 'right' in 'copyright' is the exact same 'right'.

The 'right' to distribute or control use is in the hands of the 'holder' of the 'right'.

Reserved by the artist is the same as copyrighted to the artist.

In the case of TSF.....they are a commercial entity and the rights are held by that entity....an amalgam of individual artists...

csurfside, I think there used to be a bold and underline button on the smiles toolbar on the right, but it seems to be gone now. So you probably can't.  Admins have a different toolbar than you guys.

csurfside: Click the "B" above the smilies.

Ah, ok. So the B is still there?  As I said, I don't have the same toolbar, so I don't know what you guys see.
