No, seriously, Canada is a big country you know. No, I don't know him. If you would have visited the link I gave previously where you can download his LS theme, you would have seen the link to his profile on Customize.org. From there, you would have found his name and where he is from. No Sherlock work, really.

But, because I am Canadian, I know the Canadian white page web site.

I don't know you, so I have ne idea what type of person you are. But if you decide to call him, remain polite and respectful please. Crossing the bridge between the virtual and the reality is not always welcome. Not sure how I would react if a fan called me home. Kinda freaky actually. I suggest you write him a letter by mail instead.

Please forgive me for post #50 and #51. I also don't know of you and your character. I Posted that because I wanted to get more out of you and others so that I felt confident that I was not searching for a ghost. Please understand. I did not mean to sound offensive. But, like you said, I must go at this carefully so as not to offend anyone.

It just seemed amazing how much information I gathered so fast. Ofcourse I will take the appropriate steps in a certian and polite manner in contacting Arjun Mehta "AKA Doodle Bug."

And speaking of HG_Eliminator, If your out there please comment on this thread, I want to be sure I dont loose you now. The trick is going to be getting doodle bug in touch with you for the permission.

Question. When I do locate Doodle Bug, How should I approach him. Also, how exacty would be the best way to verify permission. I was thinking get Doodle Bug to contact HG_Eliminator. But I dont know what he thinks about this, so I need some more time before I move on the information.

csurfside.....that would be my advice as well.

Years ago, when he was active in the skinning world he naturally knew many of us by 'nick', but circumstances change....real life [tm] moves on and an 'approach' from out of his past may not necessarily be welcome.

Also, Doodle still retains full responsibility/control of where 'Turtle' [and any of his other works] ends up and that decision is final.

Considering the time gap, etc.....any subsequent success re permission would need be verifiable from the source....

Canada411 is usually up to date. So, I am pretty confident he is at those coordinates. As I said. Send him a letter, it's less intrusive. You can ask him to contact you or HG_E by email. This way, it doesn't put pressure on him. If he doesn't want to reply, he won't. By phone, that kind of places him in a situation where he is forced to interact with you even if he doesn't want to. Please respect his right to privacy.

Ok Im really cooking now. It looks like Im on a good trail. Looks Like ARJUN MEHTA is from india. Moved to the states to start a software career. He moved here to Australia from india. He also used to be a DJ. And Ive found a new e-mail address, Along with more information than I ever thought possible. Seems he is a computer programmer and very popular.

arjun mehta.. i havent heard that name in years ... yes that is doodles real name ... tho last i heard of him he was occasionally hanging around the now closed razorart site .... i have e mailed him many times ... with no reply ...he had started a few projects at razorart (from wat i have been told ..... but left them uncompleted .... yes give doodle my e mail and link to my screen shot here,(so he can see what it looks like )...if he e mails me permission i will upload an updated version of turtlesoupII ..with all the desktop x and other mods...

I still have at least 3 of his LiteSTEP themes floating around here somewhere.....'Turtle Soup 11' was only one of his works...

if it is him let him know theres a few who would like to update all his litestep themes to the new formats ......( i see jafo droolin )
