pc take the name of the pic (funny pic.jpeg or whatever and google the images name in image search ... you might find it that way ..

ok also you can search for the content too .. if its a pic of a car .. you can search in images for "car" ...if its a specific car you can narrow the results down .. example "porsche" will get you porsche images ....

The whole issue of reposting another person's images or artwork is that they are  ANOTHER PERSON'S, not yours to distribute by uploading as a wall, or a screenshot of a wall.

If it is included in a screenshot it must be sufficiently obscured to prevent the work's reproduction from that screenshot otherwise it can be construed as distribution without consent, or  a copyright violation....

Yes I am aware that I need to obscure it better.

I just wish that if something isn't submitted that they would send back the reason why so that I could know exactly what the problem is. However, like Jafo stated, im sure that the first time I did not have it obscured enough.

OK.....just one more go at explaining why it will be rejected.

This is not 'just' about the rude gesture [the bird, as you call it]...it is about there being a very easy extraction of the image and therefore a copyright issue.  Covering the finger will never be enough.....you need to put an open window or a program over part of the cartoon image...or any image you use that you do not own.

In this specific case I suggest you do not bother trying again....as the effect will be lost if you obscure the image and if you do not it will be rejected.

Either way it will be rejected.

Some people are requesting a wallpaper that I have in a screenshot. Can I send them the wall since I did not make it, or should I post a link to it in the Comments section?

Technically, 'sending' them the wall is copying/distribution which most often breaches copyright as it is not 'private use' but public [though limited] distribution.

If the artist has the wall/art online then linking to it is not 'distribution' it is 'publicity', and perfectly OK....

Now if I can just find the Links to these 500 plus walls that I've had for three years.

Is there a specific resolution that I should use when creating images in PSP 8.
It is now set at 200.000cm set for pixels.

Does this seem right.

Also. This is really frustrating.

I am making a circle with the auto shapes in PSP 8 and it appears that the background is transparent. However when I port the image into my web page the background is white. Please help. I tried saving it as different file types.

My problem is that I just want to make a circle. But when I put it on any background, I dont want to see whit around it. I just want to see thru the circle and see the background. Im having alot of problems figuring this out in PSP 8.
