User Levels at New Site

Subscriber Resources shows that a WC Subscriber is....Level 5: WinCustomize Subscriber.
I am showing as AccessID: Scribe(4) User Level: 4.
On the old site I was showing as Level 5.

I am a WC Subscriber good thru December 3rd, 2005...could anyone explain the levels over here? Thanks

Side Note....The new forums show up nicely in SDC, but when you click "Create New"....it goes back to the old site and a page that is defunct.

I'm also having that same kind of problem. I've been an active Object Desktop supporter and I was at Level 4 and now I'm Level 2. My subscription doesn't expire until Feb. 2005 and I plan to continue using it. I would like to know what's going on!

I don't have an answer except to say I'm sure T-Man is far from finished with the site.....

Since I bought something, My user level is 3 , but when this new site came about It showed level 2. Relinking my account again seemed to fix the issue.

Where on the new site did you relink your account?

I found where to cross-reference my account (under the my accounts tab)....there it says "Your current level is User Level 4 (Subscriber)"...so as usual...Koasati is right

Same here. It seems we all loose 1 level. I was 4 and now 3 on the new site...
Let's wait till the site finished and polished.

As Cit. Unserene says, it seems it's not possible anymore to cross-reference with the email address already in use. How did you then do to cross-reference and fix your level?

The only time cross referenceing is needed is if you log in to the site with a different email than the one used when you made a purchase.

That's what I thought and it is not the case. So I don't know how to retrieve my real level. Do you know if WinCustomize staff is aware of this problem as it seems several people have the problem?

Thanks anyway, I'll wait for it to be fixed.

Here is the answer I got from the support team:

It's the same access just a different number. Something were moved around with the site update. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks.
