I can't get fences to enable despite several attempts. I've tried using the sd and fs installers, I've purged and reinstalled several times now. I've tried doing it through my AzureAD administrator account and a local administrator account.

Current Windows Version: Windows 10 Pro 64bit 22H2 (19045.2006)

You on Windows 10 or Windows 11? Need details version number too. Use Winver.exe.
