Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try uninstall your current version, reboot (important), reinstall the latest version, V4.0.5.21, should be available in your product account page. Reboot again. Retest and report back.

May I know what is your monitor resolutions and scaling applied? (100%,125%,150% etc)

Let's try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Have you try updating your display driver to the latest version? Also try disable/enable the "Translucent Fence Backgrounds". Refer screenshot below. Does that help?

I am sorry, but, I can not reproduce your issue on my system. I believe, this is not so common to other user since I don't remember seeing similar issue reported by others before. Below is my screenshot when I use the "Access Fences instalntly with hotkeys"

BTW, can elaborate on what do you mean by "Two Desktop" mentioned on your initial post? You mean two Fences Desktop pages? or, something else?
