Can't uninstall Start11 - Says the file folder doesn't exist

Hello,

I'm having trouble uninstalling Start11.

Windows 11 keeps telling me that it can't find any such folder.

Saw mention in some old thread of a purge tool? or somesuch? To help clean out/remove a program.

Need help.
