issues with my fences licences

Hey Guys.

I´ve two Fences licences. Each one worked until these days on 3 devices (I have previous mesagens from support telling me 1 licence should work ok on 3 or 4 devices as long they´re mine).

I´ve 6 windows devices (3 desktops, 3 notebooks). They're all mice.

I´m updating from scratch my devices to Windows 10 and my Fences licences go crazy telling me I have to buy more licences.

Can you please reset all my licences' devices uses so I will register again these days ?

If I update to Fences 4, the multi-device licence is still valid ? How much should I pay to update just one or two licences ?

explain your issue for a solution .

Submit ONLY the one ticket and wait for a response as the tickets are answered in the order received .

Support desk is closed on the weekends .
