cannot activate Fence 4 due to the error message of "problem for internet connection"

Dear Sirs,

I purchased Fence 4 and installed correctly.

WHen I activate with product code and e-mail adress, there was a error such as "There is a problem during connection to activation server. Pleae make sure the internet onnection or continue to activate with off-line", even if the internect connection is working well.

Plese let me know how do I resolve this issue and how do I activate the Fence 4.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

The server might of been down when trying to activate before , so try again later if that's the case

or try to activate using a different browser .
