All Programs List - Custom Sort Order / Drag & Drop?

I've been using Start10 for as long as I can remember, and I'm able to drag & drop the items within my start menu to re-order them in my preferred order.

I recently got a new laptop with Windows 11, and immediately bought Start11 for it. To the best of my ability, and have been unable to figure out how to customize the program sort order like I could in Start10.

Is this available and I can't find it, a bug, or not in the software (yet)?

Right click in the "pinned area" and make sure your menu is not Locked
