Start 11 Enhanced Taskbar

Programs are minimized at start

If I'm activating the enhanced taskbar setting the programs are directly minimized if I start them. E.g. If I start the editor via typing the name "editor" in start menu and clicking on it it will be opened and directly minimized to taskbar. The programs should not be mimimized to task bar automatically.

Are you saying the windows are not showing up as open windows on screen when you open them, purely as taskbar buttons or are you saying the windows have taskbar buttons but wouldn't usually have them?

I ask as the taskbar enhancement should have absolutely no impact on the opening of windows what so ever as it isn't involved in the launch of apps.  It only shows open windows, it doesn't influence them other than when you click on the taskbar buttons themselves.

Is this all apps or only specific ones, for example does it happen with Notepad?

The windows shows up for a part of a second and after that they are directly minimized to taskbar. If I start e.g. editor (=notepad), putty the effect will occur. If I turn of the taskbar enhancement this does not seem to happen. If I start Excel or the Explorer from Start Menu this does not happen. If I start editor from the pinned start menu items it does not happen. It's only happening if I search for it and then clicking on it and only for some apps.
