you will see from my records I have just purchased Fences 3.
I missed you had a new version Fences 4, but I cant upgrade to it even though have just bought.
can you tell me how I can get Fences 4 as my intention was to purchase the lastest version

explain you bought the wrong product and would like the newer version v4.
submit only 1 ticket a wait for a response as tickets are answered in the order received .
