What is really odd is that I don't have TikTok, Instagram, or Prime Video installed.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can't really see what is the issue. Perhaps, you can also post a screenshot on what normally come up when start button is push? And, you are on Windows 10 or 11? Together with it full version numbers, please.
