Shortcuts on taskbar for "windows apps" turn into "This PC" shortcuts after taskbar/explorer reset

I am running windows 11 home 22598.200 dev build with the current 1.22 Start11. My shortcuts that I have created for windows apps (xbox gamepass games specifically, but also happens on the windows store) on the taskbar change to "this pc" shortcuts after explorer is restarted. Apps that weren't installed through the microsoft store seem to be unaffected. Not sure if this is a problem just with my machine or something in the code. It's a minor annoyance since I don't use too many icons on the taskbar anyways, just thought I should mention it.
