All Programs List - Custom Sort Order / Drag & Drop?

I've been using Start10 for as long as I can remember, and I'm able to drag & drop the items within my start menu to re-order them in my preferred order https://showbox.tools/.

I recently got a new laptop with Windows 11, and immediately bought Start11 for it. To the best of my ability, and have been unable to figure out how to customize the program https://speedtest.vet/ sort order like I could in Start10.

Is this available and I can't find it, a bug, or not in the software (yet)?
