Strange problem in the start11

I purchased a start11 product from your company, but I'm having a problem that the start menu goes to the top in Windows 11, and I can't find a solution to this problem. Hope to get support and solution about this problem

Are you running the latest version of Start11 1.2.1. ?

If not update reboot and test.

Report back.

Yes, it is the latest version of the program and when I reboot the problem disappears and then reappears

and I deleted the program and re-installed it again

Your screenshot shows v1.2 not 1.2.1.

I installed the latest version but the problem still persists

I have to reset the explorer every time so that the problem disappears for a short time and then reappears

No you would need to reboot after disabling it not just stopping it.  Once the issue starts it remains until a sign out.  Does this resolve it?

We have had a few reports of this and a shockingly high percentage have ObjectDock running.  So far we have been completely unable to reproduce it which is frustrating but it is worth noting that ObjectDock is not supported on Windows 10 let alone Windows 11.

I think this is the appropriate solution. I disabled ObjectDock and restarted the computer and so far everything is normal, but I wish I did not have to dispense with ObjectDock, I have been using it for many years
