i just got a new computer and it says i reached my limit on computers, can you reset that for me

Do you mean you reached a download limit on skins on Wincustomize.com?
Do you have access to the old PC ?
Do you have Object Desktop on the new PC ?
Yes I do have object desktop on my computer but when I put my code in for it it says I’ve reached my limit on computers
Go to your My Downloads page Object Desktop click on View Product Keys
( see image below ) the Red arrow pointing to that ( ? )
click on that ? and that will show all your devices with Lic. from there you can delete/deactivate
all you want to and that will get you back your Lics. for your new PC .
