Start11 and quad monitors

Start button doesn't change on additional monitors

I have 4 monitors and when I set up Start11 it only allows me to configure a primary and secondary monitor. How do I enable the other monitors to function the same as the primary? Also, I set a unique icon but it doesn't change on any of other the other monitors.
