if you have fences3 and going to Fences4 the 3 key won't work you'll need to buy 

the upgrade to Fences4 and get a new key .

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you use the steps mention in that link, Mike gave above and you can not get to your product and keys.

Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.
