I selected the settings to display my taskbar at the top, which is the reason I purchased it, but it stopped allowing top placement, for some reason?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. What version of Windows 11 you have and what version of Start11? Have you try Start11 V1.18 Beta?

Start11 V1.22. It responds sometimes with icon and sometimes blank. When it shows, it's at the bottom on the primary monitor, and at the top, on the secondary monitor, eventhough they're both set to TOP
Please try the latest Beta version of Start11 V1.23. It should be available in your product download page. Try that and report back.
