So, I found out the hard way, although I have found it on your website. I believe your activation keys are only good per PC and not user. This is unfortunate since I have to use three computers during the day. Maybe this should be looked at. A choice between users and computers.

Given this, when I went to set up another user to show how it works, I had to use the trial setup. Apparently, the trial doesn't work then as I set it up and nothing happened. Is that the case?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes the activation is always set to one per pc. If you have more pc you just need to purchase another license. Or, you can deactivate the other active activation first, than you can activate the next pc. To deactivate use this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. You just need to repeat the steps for any other pc.

Another user on another pc? I believe, trial should work for the first 30 days. After that it won't work.
