Start Menu with Win10 Style

Dear Manager,

I noticed that right-click botton in start menu (like the power button,see attached image) will show a Win10-style submenu. But I want a Win11 style submenu, is it possible to do that? Because I see that the style of the right-click menu can be adjusted in the taskbar options, but I can't find it in the start menu.
