opening all folders in new windows

Hi, I have reinstalled my whole system and installed Fences again. I'm sure that if I opened folder in folder portal before it'd open in that portal. Now every folder opens as new native window. How can I fix it?
Thanks for the video, but, your video did not show us your Windows version, Fences versions and your setting on your Portal Fences "Allow navigation" and Folder option.

Windows version hasn't changed since i showed above.
Folder Options, Same as I posted earlier
Portal Fences "Allow Navagation" is checked and same as what i shared earlier as well.
I checked all of these and they are all the same as screen shots i took previously
